Postdoctoral appointment I
To employ recent advancements in single molecule imaging in live cells to study gene expression and regulation in real time in stem cells during cell fate decision-making during differentiation.
The project will involve creation and characterization of knock-in embryonic stem cell lines. The candidate will also gain experience on advanced fluorescence imaging and single cell gene expression profiling.
Requirements: A Ph.D. in molecular and cell biology or equivalent, a strong publication record and extensive experience on gene knock-in and knock-out in mammalian cells. Experience with stem cells a plus.
Please send a current CV and three letters of recommendation to Professor X. Sunney Xie at xie@chemistry.harvard.edu. Subject line should reference “Postdoctoral Appointment 1”
Postdoctoral Appointment II
